  I never heard of this company before Nordstrom used them to deliver my package for a Valentine’s Day gift. The worst decision they ever made. Package was delivered to a random wrong address. The picture shows it at some random place so I doubt I will ever get it. I do not know how that is even possible or how this company is even in business still. I am just hoping for a refund at the least since I doubt I will be able to get the gift before Valentine’s Day now…. *Update I will change the rating if the inquiry works out. But customer service got back within 2 hours with an email response so that is nice. *Update again. It seems like the emails sent from the inquiry are automated responses. So far there have been 2 emails saying basically the same thing “we have been looking into your inquiry…”. After that though I did get another automated response saying that the package was marked as delivered, but not received. I know this… I stated in the inquiry that the package was definitely delivered to a wrong address. The email went on to say to call the seller, but the seller did NOTHING wrong. LaserShip was the one who delivered the package to the wrong address. I will follow up with the seller to see if there is an opportunity for a refund, but LaserShip is totally at fault in this. So still not changing my review… I will also be bringing it up to the seller all that has been happening and that they should consider UPS like every other normal company.

  If I could give no stars, I would!!! This is by far the most unorganized, rude shipping company I’ve encountered. I went on vacation and put in a request of a hold for my package through the website. I received a confirmation stating that the information would be passed on to the company. Not only did they deliver the package anyways, someone stole my package! I spoke with a customer service representative for the company and was told to contact this facility directly regarding the issue. They did not have any remorse, were yelling at me over the phone, and continued to say it wasn’t their problem and that they delivered the package correctly. It’s no wonder why this company has the reviews that they have! I don’t understand why any company would go through them!!!

  I won't lie, this company as a whole is notoriously losing packages or mishandling them, my personal experience with them as an entire company... I've had to contact them for a couple different packages that were stuck in other states. Customer service has always been very nice and helpful - zero complaints with CS team. As far as this location branch, I'm sure it's dependant on who is on your route, as I'm looking at others reviews. I believe them completely, but like I said, it may be the driver or the folks that plan routes. I wish I could get the name of who has delivered to my home because they have delivered with care every time! Clearly one of the honest and caring drivers and they deserve praise for that. I personally avoid stores that use lasership but it seems like a lot of the issues I've had are from their other facilities in other states (sending packages to wrong facility next, not scanning tracking into system) because it's always been very accurate once it hits the Grand Rapids facility. Soon as Grand Rapids has it, it's delivered quickly. Docking one star for the company as a whole so people can be aware to keep extra attention to your shipments with this company. It's no stretch to say it's one of the worst for shipping!
