  HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PROPERTY DAMAGE **NOT ON TIME** TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION If you are looking for a flawless move, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We utilized Last Minute Relocation for our move in October 2021. We we confirmed the time (8am) the moving truck would arrive the day prior. The morning of the move, the booking manager called us to inform us "the moving truck broke down and won't be able to arrive until 12-2pm." Frustrated, we had no choice but delay our move by several hours. NO compensation was provided for this inconvenience. When the truck did arrive the guys were quick and efficient. Upon exiting my living room I noticed a giant hole in our foyer ceiling, in which we were not alerted of. I inquired and they verbalized they were at fault. When moving to our new house we informed them of our brand new wood floors and asked them to please be gentle. We later found significant scrapes on our bedroom floors. Please note: When they leave your first house to go to the new house they stop for lunch which is counted as part of your contracted 4 hours. Also, when they did arrive, they slipped and told us that it was their second trip of the day- disgraceful the lack of honesty from management, who obviously took an additional trip that day. PLEASE survey your house for damage before they leave. Our concerns are not with the hardworking guys but with management of this company. We submitted claims for the damage done to our home and were told to process our own claim through our own home insurance that WE would be responsible for the deductible. Please know: THIS IS NOT HOW INSURANCE WORKS. If they damage your home do not let them swindle you. I don't know about any of you folks but we did not hire movers with the intention to be left with $900 worth of damage. I STRONGLY urge you not to use this company- if they damage your home they do not care and will not resolve it in an effective manner.

  Awesome experience. Just had a move and these nice gentleman were awesome. Had no damages and they were super polite and listened to where we wanted things placed. Also did everything super quick! Definitely will be contacting this company for another move. Highly recommend to everyone who is looking for help to move. So happy I decided to go with Last Minute Relocation for my move. They also showed up exactly on the dot, and no hidden fees!

  We used Last Minute Relocation for a (literally) last minute need in which we needed to move from NY to NJ in under 10 days. Last Minute Relocation were extremely responsive and had a team ready on the ground at our place in a couple of days to assist with packing. They were AMAZING and treated our stuff as if it was their own - all the time wearing masks and keeping social distancing (COVID19 time). The move itself was nothing but flawless with a large clean truck alongside a 4 person crew that came bright and early filled with energy and motivation. While we are still unpacking in the new place and settling in - their service throughout the process made a difficult experience much easier. We highly recommend them.
