I can echo many of the comments of others. Spencer tuned my piano today—and the last time. I have been having Laursen Piano Services tune my baby grand (Yamaha) since at least 2007. Every tuner has been very professional—with all the good qualities of being pleasant, on time, etc.—wore booties and masks when necessary. I am looking forward to another tuning at the end of summer. I have used Laursen for many years to tune my over 50 year old Wurlitzer piano. I have always been pleased with their tuning services and their recommendations for keeping my piano in tune. I also used their piano moving service in 2020 and would highly recommend that service as well. I called three moving services and they were priced most reasonably and did a great job!

Spencer came out in the bitter cold for the semi annual tuning of our Yamaha console piano. He arrived right on time, was wearing a mask (I appreciate that--I am immune compromised) and slid a clean pair of booties over his slushy shoes to protect the floor. He tuned the piano to A440 just like we like. My daughter got on the piano minutes after he left and was JUST so pleased. We have been using Laursen for years now. They keep notes on our piano and answer all of my questions regarding the tuning.
