Completely unprofessional and aggressive. This company made a delivery in my apartment complex in Baltimore and blocked the entrance/exit into the lot creating a huge traffic jam, even though they had plenty of room to park and unload. No one could get in or out. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, they took their sweet time and became aggressive once the people got out to demand they move the truck. They began threatening and shoving people stuck in traffic trying to start a fight. Please be careful in hiring these "men".

I’ve had my piano moved at least 10 times by other companies, with no issues in the past. I’m therefore also well-versed on how a piano move should run. However, this company was the first time I’ve ever run into issues. While the general move I supervised was typical in the piano prep and move, how they handled damage and the swindling into buying their caster I find reprehensible. They damaged the hardwood of the landing while bringing in the piano, yet would make no mention of it, other than saying it’s easy to cover up. They also brought me broken casters, saying it’s normal for them to break. I’ve had these high quality casters for over 10 years with no issues previously, and then I’m charged $250 to buy theirs. I wouldn’t have necessarily thought it was a scam until I read other reviews on Google and Yelp, admitting to the same thing happening to them. The highest priced casters you can currently buy online are $80. But, they know you are in a bind and not going to leave your piano on hardwood without any casters. I am a professional pianist and teacher in the area, and have made it my duty to be sure to disuade any of my clients or performance venues from using this company. They may get the job done for you, but not necessarily honestly or fairly.

Just an awesome experience working with Lewis Piano Movers. My friend was moving out of the state and gave me a piano... We thought we could move it ourselves... we thought wrong. I called Lewis Piano Movers on Tuesday afternoon, my friends were handing their keys over on Thursday 12pm. Lewis moved things around, kept great communications, and gave me a time slot that works within my friend's super tight schedule. Thursday 9am-11am... they picked up, then delivered before 9am. 8:53 to be exact on my ring camera. The delivery was also flawless. Likely won't be moving a piano anytime soon, but if i do I'll definitely use Lewis Piano Movers again.
