Drove for them for 9 years. Ask you how you want to drive and work with you to make it happen. Never shorted me on pay. Everyone knows everyone. Treat you like a owner operator, not a glorified company driver (I owned my ride before coming to them). You want time off? Tell them and it happens.

If freight rates hadn't tanked across the board, I'd still be there. 5 years and first job I've quit, I didn't want to. It's like a big family in the office, and you get treated like a driver and a professional. Still keep in touch with the dispatcher and manager there. Good guys and they know their stuff
