Life Storage(Batavia) is by far the best storage experience I have ever had. I rented one of their X-large climate controlled units for 6 months while my new home was being built. I felt confident in my choice to store our belongings here, as the facility is clean, secure and well monitored. They even offer a small moving truck if needed. Tiffani(in the office) is very friendly and personable and greets you with a smile when you walk in. She was great at working with me when my closing date changed and I had already submit my notice to vacate letter. I highly recommend LifeStorage in Batavia for your storage needs.

The storage units are in excellent condition with great security and affordable rates. The staff was incredibly professional and helpful with all of my needs. The office provides packing materials at low costs and even offers a box truck to assist in moving. Highly recommend!

The experience we have had with this Batavia location has been fantastic! The personnel have been courteous professional and patient for the past 7 months. Our movers were to empty our unit in May . We did not expect it would be November before we had to empty and move our belongings ourselves! I recommend this company and location to anyone who needs to rent a unit!
