Great experience! Move in to move out was easy! The monthly billing was clear and concise. The unit was secure with a doubled coded entry it felt super safe every time we were there. Wayne in the front office was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this location!

Great place for storage, clean and good security. Wayne was very helpful, knowledgeable (he made all my stuff fit in a 5' x 15' after I bet him he couldn't--he even made room for me to walk!) and has been there over 15 years. I rented there once before several years ago, and he was just as nice and professional then, too. Best service ever!

I'm in the process of moving which is always stressful, but the employees at Life Storage helped to make that a little easier. I had to move from the life Storage off of Coursey to this location for the climate control unit, and the lady at the desk there was very kind and understanding of why I needed to switch over. When I got to the Life Storage off of Jefferson, Wayne was very friendly and efficient about checking me in, and informative about the facilities. This being my first storage unit experience, I was very pleasantly surprised at the customer service I have received from this company.
