Greetings, Leah Rich associate manager and Matt Freehill manager were extremely helpful, and made the business of selection and renting the unit easy. They were particularly helpful with the on line access and payment assistance. It was a pleasure to interact with them. I can not say enough about the long time manager Matt of this location. He was the manager when when it was another name during a horrible fire where we all lost so much, but when I needed to rent a space again yrs later he was why I chose them. His asst mngr Leah is just like him and they both go above and beyond with exceptional customer service. It was very hard for me to have to move my stuff out based on extremely high price increase, but also not because of them and just the franchise itself. Had it not been for that huge increase I wouldn't have left. The facility is always clean and both Matt and Leah are amazing.

This self storage is brilliantly managed. I have had many storage units connected to my work for decades and this one stands above the rest. Why? Matt, the manager, and his staff are fantastic. They are responsive, they care, they keep the place clean and they are always helpful.
