First experience at a storage unit. Definitely a great experience. Tanya, the manager at this W. 130th location was very professional. She also educated me on things I would have had no idea about. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean. Tanya also made me feel that my items would be safe and secure. Thank you once again.

We’re promised storage inside and made reservations. When arriving the place told us we would have to settle for outside. I was going 7mph in my car and the limit is 5mph. The lady at the front desk made a huge commotion about me “speeding” and came outside saying “the speed limits 5” waving her arms very aggressive. My car is small and agile so I’m able to take turns without slowing down much especially since I knew the lot was empty. Regardless I stopped at the signs. However she still came out yelling. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone.

I recently rented a storage unit from LifeStorage at 4976w130 the store manager name was Tanya talk a about a fantastic experience it was just that explained everything in detail made me feel comfortable and not rushed even took me to the unit I rented in a blizzard and should me how the new locked worked I will definitely be referring you guys to everyone looking for storage 5star experience thank you for your time and patience with me sincerely a happy customer!!!
