Amazing customer service! Clean storage that even has Clean restrooms available for renters. Comes with insurance, cylinder lock and top notch surveillance. I have been a few times after 9pm and enjoy seeing Henrico always patrolling. This storage really is an amazing bang for your buck. If you need somewhere clean, bug free, tons of carts with amazing customer service and great price then go check out Life Storage. You will not be disappointed go see Doug he will exceed your expectations. I really am shocked I felt great about spending my money on this storage versus my experience with public or mini. Big difference. Thank you again for a great experience.

The staff went above an beyond for my situation. I really don’t think that things could have been easier, and the customer service is going to be the best you’ll see anywhere. It all sounds so cheesy and typical but it’s true. My experience over the last year here was great, kept clean, safe and the hours are great.

I have had the most amazing experience with this Life Storage. I am spending my time traveling. Twice over the past year my credit card expired. The staff here has called to let me know. It’s great to feel like someone is looking out for me.
