Up until today my experience was fine, however today i received a call that really upset and SCARED me. I am still so upset. I am completely rethinking trusting keeping my belongings there. I am on social security and a it’s was probably 2 yrs ago I fell behind and have been paying my back payment every first along with the late charges. Today I get a call telling me I had to pay march by 6 pm tomorrow or when the first came I would owe both months all at once. Which is double $488 instead of the $244 I have been paying for over 3 yrs. After renting there for this long it was shocking that they would give me 24 hrs notice of such a change. After me pointing this out Alexis made an agreement that from now on I will pay $300 every first until I caught up. I asked for an email confirming this and she sent me an advertisement. SO I AM SO SCARED OF LOSING MY UNIT BECAUSE OF THIS. I feel it’s all kind of unfair.

Finished renting today and just have to come back to say how wonderful our experience was. Every person we have interacted with over the last year and a half has been professional, so helpful and personable. Today Brian helped me close out my account. He answered every question, accommodated our needs with billing and just made me feel right at home. If you ever need to store anything, this location truly is the best because of the people. Everything is really clean too!!

Barb was awesome throughout the months we rent our unit. I had two family members renting units and assisted whenever we had a need and always was professional and cheerful.
