Needed a place to store our 24ft trailer while we drove to Kansas city MO. This was the only place that actually had trailer parking, that we could find in town. They made the whole process the easiest they could. Let us park the trailer before the paperwork so we weren't causing any inconvenience blocking the parking lot. Everything was amazing. Thank you for everything will definitely return if we are in the area. And would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a storage place!

Brandi and Vicki were lovely people to work with! Definitely made us feel welcomed to the area. Brandi was even willing to assist my wife and I in moving a large roll-top desk we had with us. Easy reservation, clear instructions, full transparency, would highly recommend to anyone with storage needs! Only potential downside is that the unit we have, a 10x15, is not climate controlled. Not a deal breaker for us, but something to consider! I believe they have climate controlled options, but I am not certain. 5/5
