I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Life Storage unit site on Ainsley Dr.!!! First of all, it is very clean and well maintained! Always has been. The manager Robin is very responsive, helpful and professional! She is very customer service oriented. A real pleasure to do business with! She handled my questions very promptly and with a fast turnaround. I couldn't be happier with the service I've received at this location. Life Storage has a great employee in Robin! They should be proud, and lucky, to have her on their team!

Robin was incredibly kind and helpful. These units are well protected, and in a great location. This is by far the cleanest storage facility I have seen. You could eat off of the floor. Robin made sure we had everything we needed and made the moving process that much easier. Would definitely recommend this location.

I rented a unit online and ended choosing something I didn’t want. Robin took me inside, got me a unit that was a little bigger than I originally rented for relatively the same price. She was not only super helpful but equally as nice. After 10 minutes she fixed my problem and I was on my way! Highly recommended.
