I would never recommend this moving company to anyone. They were a week late getting our stuff to us and there was zero communication to us during the entire process. If we weren’t calling for updates, we would not have heard from anyone at Lile or North American. They are completely unorganized and anything but proactive. They took things apart that made zero sense, we are finding things all over the place that do not belong together and are missing multiple items. Do not use this company, ever.

Hi Rachel, Thank you for reaching out to us. I am sorry that your move did not goes as well as either one of us would have liked. Every year, Lile moves hundreds of families across town, across country, and even to different parts of the world. In almost all cases, everything goes as planned. I’ve spoken with our branch manager in Tacoma who was in frequent contact with your husband regarding the delay in loading from our warehouse. As I’m sure you are aware, there is a national shortage of long-haul drivers. This is further complicated by the seasonal nature of moving – It’s busiest in the summer. Fortunately, you are entitled to compensation for every day past your contracted delivery date of 9/15. This is all documented in the Delay Claim Policy on the first page of the North American Van Lines estimate Lile provided you . The items loaded from our warehouse by the North American long-haul driver are carefully inventoried. The driver did not notify us of any missing items from the original inventory. If you would like to file a claim with North American, please call their Customer Service at 800-348-2111 and refer to you contract number. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience. If there is something we can do to help you with the claims process, don’t hesitate to contact your moving consultant.
