Everyone in our move was exceptional from the start to the finish. I have used multiple moving companies and their team is phenomenal. The customer service began with Lyndsay whose communication was clear and concise which set my anxieties at ease. She followed up promptly, asked thorough questions, explained the pricing structure in detail (it is transparent and unique - well thought out), inquired about the nature of the items, requested photos as needed, and sent reminder emails. Our movers, Joe and "Generic" Jon Eric were early!!! They parked the truck like the pros that they are in a difficult to navigate spot and are the only ones to find the location without assistance in 20 years. They called us as promised. They were Covid conscious. They treated our things with kindness and respect. They even placed everything where I asked. We will definitely send all of our friends and family to them! Their service is unparalleled and the price is fair. They made a stressful situation so pleasant I actually cried tears of joy and I am not a gushy person.

The guys moving my stuff were nice, easy-going, and personable. I really loved how the company not only checked in multiple times before the move date to verify and answer any questions I had, but they gave me an itemized breakdown of what costs what so I wouldn't have any big surprises when it came time to pay (unlike some other movers). Definitely calling up the Little Guys for my next move!

You guys have moved me three times and the price and service is excellent. I first heard about you when I was in college. A girl gave a presentation in a business class for a local business and she compared the costs of renting a truck, begging friends to help, time, etc. and made a compelling argument that it was just better to hire you. And she was right. I love Little Guys and Cody and Ray were AWESOME. Ray had the best laugh and they seemed like they were having a great time while moving - even in the cold! Lifetime customer here but hopefully I won’t be moving again for a while!
