  Love this facility. Let me tell you, the boxes are the same price as everywhere else but SO MUCH BETTER. For $75/month I got a 10 x 20 shipping container. These containers are what they use to ship overseas. So they are sealed when you close them correctly. They are water proof, weather proof and bug proof. I only rented a few months but my daughter has rented here well over a year without any issues at all. And Sue is super sweet, very helpful. If I need to rent storage again, I will be renting here.

  I couldn't speak more highly about a business in this area. I have purchased a unit from them and rent a unit from them. Kevin and Sue are outstanding people to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

  This place is a scam I paid on time a month ahead for for 6 months then I moved out of the unit cleaned it cleaned it mopped it took pictures and then I called when my day was up and asked for my security deposit and they told me I could not have it back due to not notifying them that I was going to leave the unit I asked her if I paid ahead every month since I've been in it wouldn't the 30 days that I didn't pay ahead be the notice

  Christopher signed a Lease Agreement along with our Terms and Conditions paperwork at the time of lease. Part of our contract (which I go over with everyone) is that you must give us a minimum of a one week notice of vacating in order to get your deposit returned. Christopher moved out the day before his next payment was due so he had not paid 30 days in advance providing a 30 day notice as he mentioned. When Christopher called me on the phone he yelled, cussed and would not allow me to speak then followed it by hanging up on me. (His mom had called just minutes before to inform me that he had moved out and wanted to know how he went about getting his deposit back.) I texted Christopher later yesterday in an attempt to offer a solution by applying a week's notice (at the contracted, partial monthly rental rate) to his security deposit and returning the rest to him. He replied with more choice words and "please don't contact me anymore". Yes, he did clean the unit and there was no damage so that is/was not the issue. One of the reasons we have the notice requirement is because we normally stay full (most people LOVE our facility) and I had just turned away someone looking for storage on Saturday. We do our very best to be fair, honest, respectful and upfront with everyone, including Christopher.
