  I used this moving company because they were less expensive than others during the holidays. It was right after new year. The movers dropped our dressers. I have moved several times with professional movers, and I've never had movers take my furniture outside then wrap them with blankets. All other movers wrap the furniture in the house before taking it to the truck. The whole point of that is so that they don't scrape walls as they go, and if they accidentally drop it the furniture is more protected. We made a report that day. Well since then, the manager has strung us along for 5 months, not responding when I call to get some compensation for the damage except once when I threatened to make a formal complaint to the licensing bureau. They always say they will take a message and pass it along, and then nobody calls me back. Completely unprofessional.

  Recently moved into our new home. The team that was sent out was so great and knew what they were doing. We’re very careful with my stuff. We had quite a few things that had to be moved upstairs and they made sure to protect walls and corners as to not scuff up the walls. They were very professional would highly recommend this company for your next move. The help was great!

  Thank you for helping us with our move! The gal who I made the appointment on the phone with was sweet and the movers were on-time, efficient and handled our furniture and boxes with care. We ended up going over our alotted time and a 3rd guy showed up to help finish the job (which was great!).
