Do not take your chances with this moving company; they use multiple names so it is deceiving who you are dealing with. I wish I had read the older reviews about this company. The seller of the furniture I bought took off work to meet us. The movers never showed up to move my items. I tried to call and they would not answer their phone. It is now 6pm; they were suppose to move me at 2pm and I have never received a call, explanation, text, email. This is a very, very poor business.

If I could give less than one star I would. I had to move in a pinch and Lone Star Movers were the only crew available. The two man crew they sent out seemed inexperienced and unconcerned. After they showed up late without notice or a call, they were very rough with all my furniture, including my antiques. They also took a very long time to load the truck. After I had been billed WAY more than I had anticipated, I tried to contact Lone Star Movers for an itemized list of charges (which I still have yet to receive). I can't find an email contact for them anywhere and their phone lines are always busy. Communication with these movers is close to nonexistent. Do not recommend.

We hired Lone Star Moving Company to move us from our 4 bedroom house to a 3 bedroom house local move. The movers arrived on time. They moved my husbands gun safe which is huge, with ease. The moving crew was courteous and polite. I highly recommend this moving company to anyone seeking movers in San Antonio, Texas.
