HOOOOOOORRIBLE!!! I physically went to the warehouse to locate my "delivered" package. NO ONE can explain how it went missing!!! Christmas presents were stolen by a worker that scan them delivered. I never provided an apartment number, therefore it would've been IMPOSSIBLE to deliver my items to any other place than the apartment's office which wasn't open on that weekend. Week later and no resolution. WORST delivery service. I have call corporate multiple times. At this point the best solution I can recommend is writing reviews to the place you buy products from. May not be much, but letting companies know to not use this delivery service is a start.

Tried calling 40 times yesterday and got no response and a full voicemail box. Needed to contact them about an order being shipped thru them that doesn't have my apartment number on it so they can be sure to deliver it to my apartment number but really hard to do when NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The 800 number isn't any better. Got a busy signal each and every time except for just now where I went through the menu options and then left on hold for 20 minutes before giving up. I'd give it -5 stars if it were possible, because there is no excuse for this tomfoolery!

I feel bad for these guys! Very behind. Very difficult to get a hold of anyone in the office. I had a package in the warehouse for over a week before it was delivered. The only reason I give them 3 stars instead of one is because Antonio tried to help me the best he could. Thank you Antonio.
