Stored my house goods here for 5 months while I was away for work. When I came back, all of my things were heavily covered in rat poop. There was also a rat nest in my chair and about half my stuff was water damaged from leaks in the roof. Additionally, the office is routinely empty and locked during their posted business hours and it is difficult to get someone to answer the phone. The front gate is broken so anyone can just drive in without a code. Unless you don’t mind a rat problem, leaky roof, and lack of security, I would recommend not storing things here.
