We’ve had trouble with these guys every step of the way. The original quote for moving and storage was underestimated by more than half. And now that we’re ready for delivery, we’ve been waiting five (5!) weeks. After promising us 17 days maximum, now they’re completely non-responsive. How many calls and emails does it take to get someone to figure out what’s going on? Update: 5 weeks later, delivery finally arrived. We are nearly in tears at the state of our belongings. See pics.

We moved house in September. Los Angeles Transfer were brilliant from the moment we chose them. From the office staff to the delivering of boxes and then the actual 3 days of packing boxes and moving us. The men worked so hard to ensure our timescale was met and worked tirelessly the whole time. We cannot fault them and would certainly use them again. Most boxes are unpacked now and not one single glass breakage and we had quite a bit experience - amazing!

Los Angeles Transfer was outstanding and a cut above the rest! My move went so smoothly, the guys were so polite and trustworthy. I really can not praise them enough and I would, without doubt, recommend this company who made sure I was always happy with everything went right until the end of the move 5 stars !!!
