Nice Old Man who runs it however beware: I lost 5,000$ worth of all my things after moving. After speaking with the police. This place had been hit around 13 times in a year. no lights no cameras no gate the locks are broke (we counted around 26 unlocked doors) If you get in one unit you can jump over the wall and open the doors into many others (including the one i rented). I feel this needs to be known to the public so it stops happening.
