  Would give them zero stars. Registers never open takes 30 minutes to check out. Was looking at band saws today all power tools on display are rusted junk. Have talked to store manager and he doesn't care.

  One of Lowe’s newer stores, it is clean and organized. It may not be the largest, but it does have a selection of Items in most categories. The service allowing you to place an order online and pick up in store has improved. They are very generous for those who have served or are serving in the Armed Forces by providing a 10% discount, some exclusions do apply (anything that is on sale or on clearance is excluded ). They could benefit from additional staff and cashiers but that seems to be an issue faced by many stores, not just Lowe’s. Lowe’s carries brands like Craftsman, Kobalt and now Ego where the other building supply giant carries Ryobi, Milwaukee and Honda to name a few of the store specific offerings. So, if you are looking for a specific brand check ahead of time as there is some manufactures and vendors represented in both stores, but some are exclusive. The clearance sections / items on discount can be a great place to find really good deals and values. Check often as the selection is constantly changing.

  I like shopping at Lowe's, Morris Plains before 7:00am because it's not crowded and the employees I've met at that time are always very helpful. I went today at 7am looking for a cordless drill and though I normally use DeWalt, the sales person I met, Justine, was very friendly and wanted to help me. She talked me into a Kobalt 24V Drill that was on sale for $119.00 Lowe's is lucky to have Justine on their staff and I'm lucky to have run into her.
