The one hardware store where you ask an employee for help and actually walk you over to what you are searching for. If they don't know the finer details between products, they take the extra step to find someone well versed in what you need vs what you want. Note, Home Depot's employees are typically difficult to find, get their attention and their assistance. Go to the place where you are treated the way you deserve to be taken care of. Lowe's rules !!

I watched Jason In customer service help another customer with their return with no problem. Once he got to me, his attitude changed, his tone changed, and then he called his supervisor to verify the return. Apparently, the item didn’t match the packing or a handle was missing. I have no idea since the explanation wasn’t clear. I have no clue since I’m not familiar with door knobs, but I know my dad purchased the item with his Loews card. Either way, Jason treated me like I stole the item. My cousins stayed in the store (Jason didn’t know she was with me) when I left out to call my Dad and get my wallet, my cousin later told me that Jason went through the bag and called someone else to look through the bag as well, and right then at that time she knew they we’re discriminating. Jason, my dad will be closing his card. Food for thought: Treat all people fairly not because of their race.

Pleasant greeter at the entrance! Found what we needed ~ time for a new mailbox ~ looked at a few other things and off to checkout! She was friendly, quick and thanked us!
