      Amy in customer service was such a wonderful blessing. Although this store in Bervard NC did not carry the flooring I was having such an issue trying to return. Amy took the time to call me, explain to me how to handle the situation. With out her wisdom and taking HER time to actually call me back I would have been completely out of luck. Plus $633.00!!! I was not just a customer, she treated me like I was a valuable person. Her store was not going to benefit from this financially, but she gave the same effort. I hope some one in Lowes management reads this, So they will know she is a valuable employee.

      Delivery Info Only Delivery is not a scheduled time. You must wait all day for them to call you 10 minutes before arrival. No professional business does this. 1st delivery attempt of refrigerator … they did not have the door change kit that was requested 2nd delivery attempt they showed up at 7:15 am on Saturday, and I was still in bed. Did they make another delivery and try again later? Nope. Did they apologize? Nope. 3rd delivery attempt they forgot the special tool for the door change kit. Refrigerator is dented which they blamed on the multiple attempts at delivery … meaning it is somehow my fault. 4th visit … waited all day at home by the phone for them to show up with door change kit and special tool to install it. They did not show and did not call as if my time is of no value … and certainty my return business. Moral of story … pick it up yourself. Oh … and get this. The first refrigerator only needed the weather strip around the freezer door replaced under warranty. Lowe’s replaced the entire unit (with a unit that had 2 dents). Additionally, every delivery person was from out of state (Colorado, Florida paid to fly here then home). All were going home that weekend … as if there isn’t a need for local employment in the area. All this is typical American wastefulness. Buy from professionals 🇺🇸 … what a joke.

      On 2/4/22 my wife and I went to the Brevard, Lowe's Store # 1990, Managed by Brent McCrimmon, to purchase a refrigerator. We did, and it was suppose to be delivered on 3/4/22, and they would also pick up my old one the same day. I was told not to be worried if two different trucks came, one to deliver, and one to pick up the old one. The morning of Friday March 4th 2022 at 8:05 a.m. I received a phone call stating my delivery would be delivered between 1p.m.-5p.m., at 11:40 a.m. I received a phone call that they were 5 mins out. Lowe's picked-up my old refrigerator as scheduled, and I waited until 4:50p.m. with NO refrigerator delivered or phone call about delivery. I placed a call to store #1990 explained the situation and was quickly handed to a assistant manager by the name of Chris, again I explained the situation and was placed on hold, and he never picked up the phone again, in fact it was quitting time for him, and he had clocked out and left me on the phone, with no answers, and NO REFRIGERATOR. My delivery date had been moved from 3/4/22, to 3/8/22 without notifying us, but remember THEY CAME AND TOOK OFF MY OLD REFRIGERATOR on 3/4/22, leaving us with NO refrigerator. I went down to store #1990 and spoke to the "acting" manager where his answer was, "sir you will have to purchase another refrigerator, until yours comes in on March 8th. I was forced to buy a "temporary refrigerator," bring home by myself, unload, and take into my home. I bought it, brought it home, and decided we weren't comfortable with having over $3,000 in refrigerators on our credit card, excepting them to really return it when the time came. I returned the one I was forced to buy on 3/5/22. I received a phone call on 3/6/22 from Lowe's automatic service informing me that my delivery date for the original purchased refrigerator would now be delivered on 3/14/22, again I have NO refrigerator because Lowe's picked up and hauled away my old property under the false pretense that I was getting my new refrigerator delivered the same day. My wife went to store #1990 on 3/7/22 and spoke with the Store Manager Brent McCrimmon, where his suggestions were 1. I could buy a more expensive refrigerator that was in stock, and didn't have the features I wanted, or 2. I could purchase another "temporary refrigerator" until my was delivered on the 14th. She decided to purchase a cheap one again, still running my CC over $3,000 in refrigerators, with the GUARNEETE from Store Manager Brent McCrimmon to be delivered on Tuesday 3/8/22, and that it would be accepted as a return. My wife waited all day, and yet again no Refrigerator was ever delivered on Tuesday March 8th. I called and was told it would be up till 8p.m. for delivery, because "they were running behind," well 8:05 p.m. came and I went and cancelled the order of BOTH refrigerators, again had Lowe's not taken my old one, I would still at least have a refrigerator. We were leaving on vacation on 3/10/22-3/14/22, and I decided I would take care of reviews, and such when vacation was over, vacation is over, so here I am letting everyone know: 1. DO NOT EVER BUY AN APPLAINCE FROM LOWE'S, go directly to an appliance store. 2. Never deal with any major purchase from Lowe's Store #1990 because management can't even do things right. We need to recognize a team is only as strong as their leader, and Brent McCrimmon Store Manager of store #1990 is lacking in leadership, organization of employees, merchandise, deliveries, scheduling of deliveries, and overall duties of his job. I have now been without a refrigerator for 6days, throwed hundreds of dollars worth of groceries away, because one man doesn't know how to operate this store on a management level.
