I just got a fridge for Black Friday. Not only was the price great and the delivery free, but the delivery crew was fantastic! I live in the county on a steep private drive, the driver navigated it without a hiccup and moved my old fridge to the garage(set it up and plugged it in) brought my new one in plugged it in and got the water/ice going for me. The father son crew were kind, fast, and went above and beyond. I give Lowe’s and their extended staff two thumbs up 👍🏻

Always someone asking me if I am okay or need help. Never seen such consistency with a franchise in my life. Will continue to shop here even if the prices aren't always the best they are easily competitive. The courtesy will bring me there for all home and business inquiries and materials

Ordered Reliabilt Windows from Loews. Paid in full in 7/22/2021 which was required. The installation was in November 2021. Of the six windows two were damaged along with all the screens. Loews reordered the screens which finally came in November 28, 2021 which they said we should come and pick up. We asked what about the windows which we did notify them that day back in November They then informed us the installers should of also notified them at that time and now they had to order the windows. They informed us they would install the screens when the two windows come in. They then said the windows would come in January 2022. Then in January we get a call they would not be in till February. Today we get a call they would not be in till March. We are talking almost a year here. Do I have a right to be frustrated here ? They are just dragging me along hoping I just give up. Not happening. Something else is not happening. I will NEVER get anything done through Loews again. Nightmare. That one star up there does not belong in this picture.
