My family and I have did business with Lowes for years! And we do business frequently with Lowes often. We never had any bad experiences with purchasing exchanging or any problems until on April 8 with this Newberry location. The assistant manager Sandy was so rude and so disrespectful and was way out the way of what Lowes policy requirements was. I will not ever return to this location and give my business ever again! She also lied about our conversation with other employees walked up however other employees and customers witness to what was said. And she also lied what her actual position was to throw me off until 2 other employees came along to try to help handle the situation at a respectful courtesy business way Sandy the assistant Manager needs to find a job outside working with public is not for her

Lowes is OK if u know what ur looking for and where to find it, other wise get ready for long walks, walking n circles, and getting distracted by other items that cost u 45mins. To 1hr15mins. If ur lucky.
