Still waiting for someone to give us a call to set up an appointment to install storm doors. My husband has paid for two storm doors paid to have someone come out to install but to no avail. He keeps calling the store getting the run around or put on hold and no one ever picks up. He has left messages with the person that works in the department hasn’t responded yet. To my understanding he’s over that department. It’s very annoying for people to spend their money in these places and the employees act as though they’re catering to the customers from really people should be treated with respect. If the customers doesn’t come into the store and purchase things they wouldn’t have jobs to take care of their families or themselves for that matter. I really wish he would have listen to me because I prefer Home Depot over Lowes any time of the day. I’ve made up my mind to contact the Corporate Office to see can they make me an appointment for someone to come out and install our doors. I’m sure I’ll get some action behind that.

With all the chaos and moral decline in the world today... it is still nice to go to a store that gives you that down town shopping feel with good quality service, employees, and the management is above the normal. Randy really cares and takes joy in his position. Love this lowes.
