Lynx was highly recommended to me by a friend. Lynx was totally professional and on time. All the movers were professional and knew what they were doing. All my furniture was delivered to my new home with zero damage. I highly recommend Lynx and would use them again.

We had to create a bedroom on our first floor & needed a lot of furniture moved on very short notice. Lynx was fabulous. They scheduled the job quickly, gave a reasonable estimate and came in below it. All of the team members were kind, professional, & went out of their way to make a stressful experience a pleasant one. The movers were v knowledgeable & had good ideas about where things should placed to make life as easy as possible for a wheelchair user. I'll always use them in the future, can't recommend highly enough!

House hold move, very disappointed, they did not bring Proper tools, Only had Allen wrench and a leatherman, No powertools. Could not complete the job, then they tried to change the price. No way, more really! I was referred from by a Veteran since we always try to employ each other, being a veteran myself. This was the worse experience in moving in my entire Life, the mover actually left saying you are Lucky I did not break anything. I am still in shock and now have to here a handy man to finish puting furniture together!

Cathy, I spoke with you initially when you contacted me to arrange a move. Thank you for bringing your dissatisfaction to my attention. Your mover was a U.S. Army Veteran and I purposely assigned him to you along with his son in hopes of making your move smooth and positive. We did not place your belongings into storage and they were wrapped when viewed. The driver did not think he needed a screw gun and did not bring it as too often movers leave tools at a jobsite and the nature of this trade makes it difficult to return and retrieve them. You’re 100% correct the power tool should have been available and I have been working on a remedy. Your driver at the end of the move gave you a bill based on the loading, unloading and 6 hours of travel time to and from upstate. He never meant to intentionally increase your bill. The forms you received prior to moving were an estimate, stated on the NYS form “Probable Cost of Service.” Most of our moves are Hourly Rates. Nonetheless your overage was not substantial and I absorbed it. Please believe me when I say your driver meant nothing derogatory or sarcastic when he mentioned not breaking anything. Upon his return we only spoke regarding necessity of tools on every job however he is always considerate, and polite. He also mentioned discussing his military service with you. Sincerely, something just came across wrong. Aside from the lack of a power tool I believe we arrived on time, loaded your belongings safely, made the travel upstate without incident and unloaded safely. As the power tool was the isolated failing factor please reconsider your 1 star rating. We have hardworking honest movers. No one goes into your house that I cannot invite into mine. Two of my drivers are Veterans along with laborers that are Reservists and occasionally on leave Active Duty members. I would be willing to personally drive upstate and make the necessary assembly.
