  This is the FORTH time M.A.D. has moved me (divorce move, from fathers house, to rental, to home)! I will forever sing their praises. Entire houses moved loaded & unloaded within (probably under) 5 hours. Not only does Michael and his crew never stop they help you all they can. They care about your items, they care about your house and they've only ever been nothing but professional and kind. I don't think ANY moving company compares with them. Super reasonably priced with super expensive work ethics. That is why I prayed they could do it, but I surly would have waited until they could fit me in. I really hope I never move again, but the recommendation I have for them would be WAY MORE than 5 stars 🌟 that's almost an insult compared to the work they do. If you use them please leave a review, these guys deserve it!! (Donna is an angel too)

  Filthy mouthed owner started complaining the minute he arrived. Refused to make "multiple trips" , even though he was paid for the job. With his whiny attitude, disrespect, and filthy mouth, I highly doubt he will be in business for long . Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Donna was the best part of my experience. THE ONLY ONE WHO WAS DISRESPECTFUL WAS YOU!!

  We will not tolerate being treated as if we were beneath you. Your exact words were my job is to only move furniture. It was disrespectful.

  Very uncooperative. Tried to force me to change my GUARANTEED uhaul time to suit them. Expected me to drive a 10ft truck from Hagerstown to Weston in 2 hours to suit them. Said they wouldn’t start past 3 due to getting dark earlier. I needed them at 5…for one hour and was paying for 2 for them to take off two maybe three pieces 50 ft and up 5 steps. Not flights.

  For 1, there is no guaranteed time, we did not try to force you to do anything. You were free to cancel and book with any provider. We have policies in place to protect our workers. And just because you didn't get your way you decide to write a bad review. All businesses have set hours. Have a great day.
