My first request was back in 2021 and the second time was this year 2022. Let me first start with the assistance I received from Ms. Pleasants who is a beautiful representation of her name. Both times I used the moving services of M&L MOVING AND JUNK REMOVAL LLC, Ms. Pleasants was stellar in timely and clear communication. She was professional, kind and a joy to interact with while planning both moves. With the success of my first move with the company, I knew I would call them again and refer the company to everyone I know. I am keeping my promise!! For my recent move, Mike, Tristan and George showed up right on time, worked safely, and efficiently. Mike walked me through the moving process, kept me informed throughout the move. I will highly recommend M&L MOVING AND JUNK REMOVAL LLC., and use their services again in the future! ~~MiMi M.

  I called M&L because I needed help getting a mattress carried upstairs and the old one hauled away. I gave M&L a call an spoke to Rowena. She was very nice and professional, and told me the guys would be able to do this project that afternoon. They gave me a call 30 minutes before they arrived. They showed up on time, very nice, clean and polite, I look forward to calling M&L the next time I need help with any project. No job is to big or small for M&L. Thanks again

  Every step of the process was filled with pleasant, trustworthy customer service. The team really went above and beyond. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were friendly too! We really appreciated the care they took to protect our wood floors during the move. I cannot recommend M and L Moving enough! I look forward to using their services again in the future.
