  Used Maffucci twice! Once for a local move and a second time for a move from the East Coast to West Coast. First point of contact Diane was upfront, honest and thorough explained the process , provided clear understanding of the estimate and what to expect. Because of her I knew I wanted to use them for major move across Country. Diane knew this move would be major and worked closely with me and involved management to provide a clear understanding of what would happen to my shipment from start to finish. I needed reassurance because I had a horrible experience with another company years ago. Maffucci pulled together a team and got their best driver for the job specifically for my shipment . Driving across country East to West in the middle of winter can be treacherous so I had many concerns . The driver John Woughter and partner Paolo were amazing and John reached out to me throughout his trip across country. He gave me an eta and it was precise. He arrived with my belongings along with a beautiful handmade house warming gift. What could have been my worst nightmare (2 lot shipment with multiple end destinations ) went smoothly because of John Woughter and a very well organized and coordinated effort at the time of delivery. Job executed without incident because of my driver John and his LEADERSHIP making sure my belongings were cared for from start to finish! I ABSOLUTELY recommend Maffucci Thanks Diane, John and the entire Maffucci team. Indeed Maffucci DELIVERS!!!

  Recently did a local move with Maffucci. Took the stress out of an incredibly stressful time for me. The entire team was so professional from Judd, the owner who gave me options and estimates, the drivers and movers who were efficient, skilled and respectful, to the office staff, especially Tamika, who was kind and cheerful to deal with. I could not have asked for a better experience. Maffucci far exceeded all of my expectations.

  BUYER BEWARE! Dealing with this company was a living nightmare. I was quoted $490 per month for storage which turned into $750+ per month. The $490 was confirmed by the salesman and office manager, prior to the move twice. Once they had the contents of my house, the story changed. I received a call from billing after first leg that they were charging my credit card $4,000. Quote was $3,032 including storage at $490 per month. Called salesman, Michael, he hung up on me. Asked for a callback from manager, no callback. Second leg, same story. Initial quote was $4,390.33 plus $490 a month storage. Billed $7,658.32. The Bill of Lading on the day of the move listed the amount due for second leg at $8,003.32. Unscrupulous. Review every line of every document. Estimated weight by salesman, 7,371 lbs.; billed weight, 9,800 lbs. Why do they use a salesman to estimate the contents of the house since his calculations were so miserably off??? Kudos to Kevan and his team who worked tirelessly on the first leg of our move. No comment on second leg. Less than stellar. Save yourself some heartache. Don't use this company.
