  The movers themselves were very nice, but were late delivering the 800 pound gun safe I had purchased from North 40. They had to use my tools because they had forgotten theirs, and did not clean up the mess they had made all over our floors. There were 2 people for at least a 4 man job, and they had a U-Haul manual dolly that ended up scratching our brand new tiles. I usually like to support local companies and am not a complainer, but this job was a bit disappointing, and unfortunately after informing them of my dissatisfaction and being offered no compensation, I won’t be recommending this company.

  I hired Mainstream to help me move a safe out of the back of the pickup into my home. He was very helpful. He got the safe set in the up right position, took the crate off, and into the house no problem. I appreciate businesses like this that can help with small jobs (even though safes are heavy).

  First and foremost, there is nothing mainstream about this "business." At best it is a failing second rate "business" not even capable of showing up on time or even at all. I booked their "services" to move a piano and the first day I waited for over an hour until the woman who runs the place called me and said that they weren't coming at all. Then, against my better judgement I agreed to give them a second chance and rescheduled for three days later when she promised over and over that she would be there on time, even early, and would handle the move quickly and professionally with 3 or 4 men and a hydraulic lift truck. On the day of the rescheduled move they were just short of an hour late, they brought a 40 plus foot long uhaul truck with no lift gate and a tiny little ramp and the real kicker is they brought ONE MAN AND A WOMAN to lift a 600 lb plus piano. Needless to say that was not going to happen. He then said he was going to call for some back up and it took over an hour yet again to get one dude that wasn't even able to lift at all anyway. And then, as if it couldn't get any worse, he asked ME if I could help lift. In short, total nightmare and steer clear of this "company." It will take me several years of looking at my piano until the PTSD is alleviated from this horrible situation.
