After a good experience four years ago I decided to use Man With A Van again for a move this month. After what seemed to be a smooth move, I was extremely disappointed to discover that multiple pieces of my furniture had been damaged during the move including a large chip in the corner of my dresser and massive splits / cracks in my wooden media cabinet which appears to have been dropped. After reporting the latter, the company confirmed they would not be charging me for the move. I appreciated this, however, it's going to cost me more to have my furniture repaired. I will not be using Man With A Van the next time I move since the majority of my large pieces of (expensive) furniture were damaged.

DO NOT USE Man With A Van!! The movers were just contractors and this is the second time I had horrible experience with them. Last time they broke my TV. I decided to give Man with A Van a second chance cuz it was a very last minute booking. They broke the floor and after I mentioned about the damage on the floor they straight out denied it. They loaded up the truck like throwing trash into a van. Most of my furnitures were slight damaged, with some completely broken. I contacted the customer service and it’s been almost a month and still no response. See picture below!!

Great experience with my MWAV movers today! They were on time and did a fantastic job with the move. Very courteous, accommodating, and efficient! By far the best move I’ve had.
