  We moved and had our items stored for almost a year and supposedly locked in containers. It took more time to load when moving out so all of the items were tagged, paid extra for something that didn't work. After the items were delivered we noticed several items missing. Pots/pans, misc. wall decorations, 10 foot ladder, multiple tarps and 15 to 20 willow tree figurines ($15-$35 a piece). I am very disappointed and I will never use them again and will not recommend.

  Hands down this is the best moving company I have ever used! Jerry Bunker has been my point of contact at Manchester Moving and Storage over the past 3 years, and he has been fantastic. With my daughter out of state at UCONN, I have hired them from afar every year to move my daughter’s dorm room or apartment furniture and belongings. They have been prompt, extremely reliable and very careful every single move. In addition, they offer storage which has saved us from renting a storage unit! I feel so lucky to have found them and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

  I had the privilege to met Will, LT and Fern on July 31,2020! They arrived on time! I was so nervous and excited! It’s been years since I had professional movers move me! They came in introduced themselves and made me feel like I was family! They told me not be nervous and relax that they would take care of everything! They reassured me that I was safe and my belongings! These 3 men became my Guardian Angels! They have an amazing method to moving everything carefully, safely and completely! Will, LT and Fern were Friendly, caring, kind, courteous, respectful, responsible, patient, knowledgeable, and professional! They are an asset to Manchester Movers! They also made sure that everything was placed in each room making it very easy and convenient for me to unpack! I am so happy, grateful and blessed to have had them move me! I would definitely recommend Manchester Movers to do ALL of your moving needs! Thank you very much a very satisfied customer! Denise Lee
