  I have rented from them several times for short time. the units are clean and secure. I last rented a outside area to store a trailer. One has a space that they park in so no confusion as to what space you are in. Outside area is secured by a additional gate and is away from the other units. They ask for a small deposit and it was returned when I turned in the key to the area. I would rent from them anytime.

  Kent, Thank you for your review! We always appreciate feedback, as to how we are doing providing a service to our tenants. We do strive to keep the units and facility clean at all times. We make sure to clean and inspect every unit when becoming vacant. We conduct weed mitigation during the months necessary. We also have the bug exterminator spray the facility annually.   After years of storage here the owner changed the access hours to just under 50% and shut the gate off after hours. If you work and have limited time to do things outside of business hours, this is not a welcoming establishment. We will be leaving.

  Neal, for security purposes we restricted access to the gate so that you can access your unit during the hours of 6AM to 6:30 PM during the winter months, and 6 AM to 8:30 PM during spring, summer, and fall, seven days a week. We have had reports of other storage unit facilities in the area having break-in’s, therefore we increased our security measures. We take security here of the upmost importance and have been thanked by many of our tenants for great security. We are sorry if the hours of our gate operation has inconvenienced you.
