It's always good here. All the associates are nice and friendly. The store is clean and the coffee is good.

Lisa was extremely sketchy. She was rude and charged me more than she was supposed to. I told her she overcharged and she said, "ma'am I have more customers" as rude as she could. I never got my money. She also messed up my rewards points: I filled up my tank after she told me I had $0.32 off, she rudely insured me that she added my points but lied and never did. They expire in 30 minutes but I can't use them because my tank is already full, she refused to fix this too. I just filled up my tank for more money than I was told it was gonna be + I spent time and money building up these points for nothing.
