  I have been waiting on Marco's Quality Building since late November to get a shed/garage. I put down a substantial deposit, and here it is May 17th and I have no shed and no promised refund. He keeps delaying sending me the refund and makes numerous excuses, but doesn't come up with the funds. I am filing a legal claim against him for not providing what was contracted nor refunded due to not being able to deliver.

  We ordered a shed from Marco and gave him $1,700 as a deposit. That was a year and 1/2 ago. We were promised a shed in 45-60 days and signed a contract. We have never received a shed and he refuses to give us our money back. He makes a lot of promises and comes up with excuse after excuse. If you read reviews on him, everyone says the same thing. We wish we had read the reviews before trying to do business with him. We have sought help from a consumer advocate and while he admits to owing us money he says he can not repay. If that's true, then why is he still allowed to remain in business and collect deposits from other innocent people? This guy needs to be shut down!

  Never do any business with this man. This man bought lighthouses from me and promised to pay. I have been in business for 22 years and never have I seen a bigger liar than him. Almost 2 years since he bought and still hasn't paid. He won't answer the phone or return calls.
