  Marie’s Movers is such a pleasure to work with! In August of 2021 they gently and efficiently moved all my belongings from Connecticut to Texas!! Glenn and his crew arrived precisely at the scheduled time on a Wednesday morning to pack and wrap my furniture. The next day they loaded the truck with items from my home and a nearby storage unit. Friday Glenn and James were on the road for the trip to Texas. They arrived Sunday morning to deliver my items to two locations! Throughout the moving process I met many polite and caring young people! Every single person I met was a pleasure to work with! I also had occasion to meet Suzanne in the office. She was a great help with advice and references unique to my needs! Thank you, Suzanne! I would highly recommend Marie’s Movers to anyone for their local or long distance move!

  Moving is never fun, but we have never before had movers as wonderful as Marie’s Movers. Every member of their crew was friendly and professional and concerned with doing things to our satisfaction. First, they packed for us and labeled the boxes clearly. Then, they had to make a stop in Virginia at our daughter’s place, and from there drive down to Naples, Florida, stopping first at a storage facility where they put everything in the unit beautifully. When they arrived at our house, they were careful to unload everything perfectly, moving existing furniture where I asked them to put it, and taking away our old dining room table. They are a family company, and all of their crews are employees, not independent contractors, and that really seemed to make a difference. After a horrendous move with another company 20 years ago, this was a remarkably painless experience, and I would recommend Marie’s Movers to anyone who wants to make a move from Connecticut to anywhere. If I could give them six or seven stars, I would.
