I want to commend the foreman Erler and his crew Jorge and Gregorio who made my moving process an absolute delight. They were extremely kind and cooperative during the move. Their very hard work made it possible to get large pieces of furniture into my apartment and unload them properly. This took strength, skill, grace and a little bit of luck. I am grateful to have met these guys and have had the pleasure of them moving my furniture. Could not ask for a better move-in day! I wish these guys and the company the best.

Mass Bay Movers saved my daughter from a not-so-great situation when an alternate company cancelled on her 2 days before the biggest move in day in Boston - Sept 1st! After calling 30+ companies who were booked Erica who answered at Mass Movers worked with me to gather details to see if they could help us and fit my daughter's move in. Within an hour, I had an estimate in my inbox! The drivers showed up exactly on time and as promised, and were knowledgeable about moving and incredibly fast and efficient. Her move took one hour less than estimated and the company adjusted the bill accordingly. They were communicative and professional throughout, and I highly recommend their services! Excellent business.
