  I whatever you do, absolutely do not hire Master Movers. My husband and I hired Master Movers to do a full pack and move to a home right next door. The week of the moved, they confirmed a three man crew. The day started almost an hour late, the third mover didn’t arrive until 2pm, when the move started early in the morning. In addition, about an hour in, the two men pulled my husband into a bedroom and asked if they could bring a crew that didn’t work for Master Movers and if we would pay cash. I immediately started to feel uneasy. On top of all of this, was taking care of our newborn. After 12 hours, and my husband helping them move and pack, they finally left. The photos below were just a few examples of their “full service move.” Leftovers McDonalds, cigarette buds on our porch, random unpacked items, etc… the cherry on top of the sunday were my stolen diamond earrings. First off, I thought I had gathered all of my valuables, but forgot to grab a pair of earrings that I remove every evening and place in the same dish in my bathroom. After FOUR months of back and forth emails, and police report, and this guy Chris at Master Movers, not only was it not resolved, we were ignored. I genuinely don’t care to write long reviews like this, but I truly hope no one goes through the experience we did. I’ve done multiple moves, even different states, and I’ve never felt so scammed. I do yourself a favor and stay away from these Master Crooks.

  We have nothing but positive comments to say about our experience. Chris was very responsive in providing a quote and setting up our move. Adrian and Johnnie were there when scheduled and did an amazing and careful job loading, moving, and unloading our possessions. They were professional and hardworking, taking care of our property in a timely and thoughtful manner. I had occasion to speak with one of the owners (Karen) and was not surprised to find the interaction pleasant, responsive, and professional. We would not hesitate to use this crew again, and highly recommend them to anyone else for their moving needs.

  We used this company to move to our new home, 10 miles from the old one. Every person in the company was a delight to work with! Both Johnnie and Raphael were great with the actual move day, which was on New Year's Eve. The professionalism, care, and courtesy those guys possessed was fantastic! Both those guys deserve tons of credit, as their skills were completely recognized here. Not that I want to ever move again, but if that were to happen, I'd 100% use these folks again. Highly recommended!
