  We have an antique Wurlitzer baby grand piano that I needed prices regarding moving and or recycling. I left a message for Matt and he called me back immediately. He gave me several options regarding direction to think of with this piano. He gave us many things to consider and he was kind enough to provide a name and number of someone who may help with repair. He was extremely professional and would work with him in the future. I would feel comfortable recommending his services wholeheartedly.

  Our baby digital grand piano had to be removed from our home and stored as the flooring in our home was being replaced. Both Adam and Dale were very knowledgeable very careful as they took it apart wrapped it up and stored in an appropriate environment. Same pleasant experience upon its return and placement back to our living room. Thank you 🙏

  You wrote a review for Vogt Matt Piano & Organ Moving 3 minutes ago 1.0 star rating11/22/2020 I reached out to have an older family piano moved from my Aunts home to my home. When he reached back out to schedule a time for the move he was able to schedule it for later that day. When he and his partner arrived with the piano I showed them where I wanted to piano to go in my living room and the three entry points we could use. He determined that the main entry wasn't possible, that the second (through one of the bedroom sliders) was possible but could not make it through the mini hallway and then we looked at the third option through my garage. He took one look at my garage and then proceeded to tell me that we would leave the piano in the bedroom. I told him that I didn't want it in the bedroom and he had the nerve to look at me and say" I don't have a half hour to wait for you to move all your stuff out of the way". I continued to explain that the items that were in the way were large items like a bicycle and coat rack and wouldn't take long. I asked if he could just give me five minutes because that is all it would take however he refused. I now have a piano in my sons room and am going to have to pay another moving company to come out and put the piano were I want it to be in my home. While he was able to move the piano smoothly without any issues I would never use this company or recommend it to anyone based off of the poor customer service, unwillingness to work with me and his rude comments.
