Driver 1410 on i-40 10 miles out of New Mexico likes to drive OFF ROAD onto the shoulder and kick up ROCKS to try and bust windshields on the cars behind him. Also wouldn’t let the poor guy pass as we got driver 1410 ZIG ZAGGING IN A SEMI TRUCK driving like a complete child to prevent anybody from passing. Needs to be fired immediately who treats a work truck like that? Could have KILLED somebody
