  We just had our third experience with McCorquodale Transfer, the most complicated/largest, and all exceeded our high expectations! The detailed estimate was right on, and the team doing the packing, loading and unloading were attentive, engaging, and STRONG. The team leader was amazingly capable of multitasking. Our mundane "stuff" was handled as carefully as our precious pieces. Bravo, McCorquodale Transfer!!

  Terrible customer service. Underestimated the job, therefore, way over budget presented. Ruined many pieces of furniture, pottery and dishes and destroyed my almost new stainless steel refrigerator. It looks more like a golf ball with all the dents it has in it now....Owner unresponsive to e-mails, phone calls and actually hung up the phone when I called to discuss a resolution when I identified myself. Extremely unprofessional outfit.... I would NOT use this company nor recommend them to anyone.

  I believe there has been a mistake in the posting of this review. Ms. Lopiano was never a customer of ours. In researching the situation, it is our understanding that she used a different moving company for a move in Atlanta and left this review on our listing in error.

  We were introduced to McCorguodale through our realtor in Charleston, SC as well as two other well-known moving companies. Bryan came to our home (which was 3 hours from Charleston) on a Saturday and walked through, paying close attention to our fine art, hand blown glass collection and our other numerous family items. His professionalize and time he spend talking with us on how McCorguodale would pack, move and store our home sold us. His team individually wrapped and packed our entire home. We stored our home for 11 months with McCorguodale’s including our baby grand piano, art collection, clocks and leather furniture. Bryan explained how each piece would be stored in vaults and individual storage placement of our leather furniture. We visited their facility to ensure our home would be cared for in storage. The care was impeccable When we moved into our new home, the team was spot on with delivery and not one item was broken or missing. They even called one of family pieces by name. How many moving companies would remember a piece from the 1800’s? We would recommend McCorguodale’s over any national chain or local company. The care, attention to detail and personal touches of the McCorguodale team is beyond any other moving company. GREAT COMPANY TO MOVE YOU!!
