  I used McNaughton & Latrobe Moving & Storage for a local move in Johnstown, PA in June, 2021. They packed, moved, and unpacked my belongings. The move was a very positive experience for me. The crew did a very careful and thoughtful job packing my belongings. Nothing was broken in transit. The thing that impressed me most about the experience was the professionalism of the crew. It was a crew of three young men. While unpacking my belongings, they checked with me regularly to see where I wanted them to put things. They showed great care in handling my belongings. The crew was pleasant and hard working. I knew that I was getting their best effort. Considering the high level of service I received, I found their rates to be extremely reasonable. I would recommend McNaughton & Latrobe Moving & Storage to anyone looking for a high quality and positive moving experience.

  The experience would of been great but some of our stuff was lost. After investigation, we were told we should of opened all boxes before the movers left; that would of been over 70 boxes! I lost some sentimental items and computers. So if you use them make sure they do an inventory of all your items. I wish I could print the inventory sheets they were blank with lines drawn through them with an initial on each section by the movers .In fairness to the movers they did a good job of moving our stuff down to our new house.

  This customer's shipment was inventoried as is required. The inventories were signed at destination indicating that everything on the inventory was received at delivery. We regret that this customer was not satisfied with the service we provided to them. We will look at this move internally to see if there were any internal processes that were not adhered to that could be improved upon.
