  We had Mel come to take a look at a leak in our 11 year old hot tub. I found Mel to be very prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. He found our leak very quickly, and even suggested a work around to save us money, knowing that it would cost him money for additional parts and repair time. I would highly recommend Mel for all types of hot tub service and repairs. I have saved his contact information for our future needs.

  Mel was very unprofessional on the phone. I have never left a review before, but I felt like I needed to let people know. If Mel doesn't have 2 minutes to talk with you on the phone in a friendly way, he probably is too busy to move hot tubs in a safe manner. I moved on and found a great mover to move my hot tub. Pro tip Mel: Hire someone to work the phones that is personable if you are unable to do so.

  Excellent service, you can try others like I have in the past 12 years. I can tell you Mel is on time and he is honest when he tells you like it is. I will continue to use his company and I highly reccomend his buiness for your hot tub needs
