  Wow. First time coming here and they have everything! And I mean bigger than any home depot or Lowes! Staff was friendly and helpful since I'm sure they get asked where everything is! But got everything we needed and more! Place was clean as well!

  We shall see... I stopped by to pick up my order. There wasn't anyone at the pickup desk. A kind person from inside the store helped me, but it wasn't complete! I didn't know it wasn't complete...the gate person (not wearing a mask) checked me out as complete. I got home & counted. I'm missing the items I needed TODAY. I called...he said he would fix it. The rating will improve if this is taken care of. We shall see...

  I am going to give a really long review of this place, but here is the summary. It is a simple store that has a lot of stuff. You come when there is a good sale or something uncommon that you need. The customer service is average, and the prices aren't always good. The quality of the product is definitely sub-par here, which most people are aware of. The building itself isn't bad, but a lot of the signs are outdated or improvised. They are very rude here, giving them your money is not worth it. -Working Here- At the time I am writing this review I am an employee here, so if you are considering working here, this is what you can expect. Working here is kind of average. It pays a little better than some retail places, and might be better than working at some of them, but it is honestly not a good place to work long term (I have been told this from several managers from several Menards stores). Compared to other Menards locations, this place is quite a bit worse, being less organized, and a lot a of the employees are not well experienced with Menards due to it being a newer store. In recieving specifically it always seems as if you are short staffed, despite the payroll being insufficient for the amount of people currently working. There is definitely a great variety of things that need to be done on a daily basis, which helps to reduce boredom but means there are a lot of little things to learn and it can get quite chaotic. There is definitely a lot of lifting involved in a lot of the departments, which is great if you like a little bit of physical activity. The one bathroom in this store is awful, and despite being cleaned every day it still looks bad. It isn't sufficient for the amount of employees and guests, and the hand dryers are the ones that take 30 seconds to a minute to dry your hands. The break rooms are Ok, but do not get restocked very often and pale in comparison to some break rooms from other places (such as Luekens South.) All in all Menards is a place to get something every once in a while, and working here is lack luster.
