If I could post a zero star review I would absolutely do so. I have never dealt with a more disrespectful and inconsiderate company in our over 10 years as a military family. We moved into our home a month ago, but could not get Merchant movers to even do our delivery until now (a month later). Merchant movers dispatch failed to communicate with us to let us know when they would deliver our furniture and household goods, despite repeated attempts on our end either personally or through TMO to get in touch with them about scheduling our delivery. When our furniture finally showed up, they told us that they would be leaving all of the furniture and boxes at our house, but that they would not be back to unpack it for two days. Now, despite repeated attempts, we cannot even get them back to unpack and take away the moving boxes at all. When we contacted their dispatch to try to get someone out here, the dispatcher told us that Merchant would not lose their military contract over an unpack and that they would show up whenever they wanted. Military moves are extremely stressful, and to be treated like we do not even matter or deserve respect is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
