Laurie was awesome!! She's very knowledgeable and made sure I knew all the details of stowing my belongings here. It's always a pleasure working with a seasoned professional. My brother was helping me move that day and we both agreed that her excellent customer service should not go unnoticed. She called me right away and explained to me the proceedue since I didn't close my lock properly. Attention to detail is so important and she's on it! Thanks so much, Laurie!

I had just purchased my 10 by 10 bin from Metro Storage place. The hospitality I received was awesome. The Beautiful woman who waited on me was very professional, understanding , and fun to talk to. I really appreciated the time she took with me to get my Storage bin. Thanks Laurie!

During this Pandemic when many people including myself was experiencing Financial hardships, this company still was charging late charges! THE NERVE OF THEM TO ACTUALLY INCREASE THEIR RATES!! After two years I was finally able to get my stuff out of there, thank God!! Very disappointed to have found Mice drippings in several of the drawers and just all over some of my belongings!! DON'T DO IT PEOPLE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE MORE AFFORDABLE AND EVEN RATES ARE MORE, IT'LL BE WORTH IT! LEAST THE UNITS WILL BE MICE FREE.......
