  I'm very happy with the service of this business, they sent my box to Mexico very quickly and got delivery there without any problem!! I will use the service again!

  They won't tell you what time or day they deliver. You won't get a tracking number. They probably won't find your house. If you aren't home they don't give you a pickup option or make a second attempt. Use a real shipping company and not shady Atlantic City con artists.

  For respect to our customers, Mexicargo clarify this comment. We never had personal contact with this person, only text messages trying to confirm delivery information, which was not possible. He is not registered as a customer, only was registered as receiver until today, day when our client (shipper) decided to change the person who is going to receive the package. So, we never provide a service to this person. Our Client (shipper) confirm us trough phone call that is totally satisfied with our service, and his package is ready to be delivered, once info was confirmed. In order to comply security and quality policies, we don't deliver packages without info confirmation, we always provide tracking numbers, there's always an option for pickup and our real customers can confirm high quality standars that move us.
